With his leg Everardo Aguirre managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when Deportivo Wallace's Basilio Aznar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Primitivo Bonadona struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Everardo Aguirre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Wallace. Basilio Aznar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Everardo Aguirre having to make a save. In the 6th minute of the match, Basilio Aznar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Everardo Aguirre was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Primitivo Bonadona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basilio Aznar might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Everardo Aguirre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Basilio Aznar ran back to his position shaking his head. Basilio Aznars short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Everardo Aguirre to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Primitivo Bonadona came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Deportivo Wallace fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Primitivo Bonadona couldn't finish the play. In the 16th minute, Basilio Aznar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Basilio Aznar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Aguirre having to interfere. Primitivo Bonadona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute, Basilio Aznar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Natalio Todor struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Everardo Aguirre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Wallace. 42 minutes into the match, Deportivo Wallace's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Rumaldo came free, but Armando Henrico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Narváez AFC's zone, Laureano Telo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Everardo Aguirre came out of the goal and Laureano Telo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Basilio Aznar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Everardo Aguirre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, Primitivo Bonadona notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Narváez AFC's Everardo Aguirre. Everardo Aguirre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

A throw-in in the 55th minute of the game was made by Nunez Itzaina with Mariano Rumaldo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The supporters of Deportivo Wallace booed when Narváez AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Rumaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcelo Barto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Aguirre having to interfere. If Basilio Aznar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Basilio Aznar in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Everardo Aguirre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Deportivo Wallace's Primitivo Bonadona got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Aznar in the 73rd minute of play forced Narváez AFC's goalkeeper Everardo Aguirre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Everardo Aguirre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Aznar in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Primitivo Bonadona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Basilio Aznar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Everardo Aguirre came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Wallace's Primitivo Bonadona. But to his dismay, Primitivo Bonadona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 94thth minute of the game Basilio Aznar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Narváez AFC's Everardo Aguirre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Deportivo Wallace walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
