Niceto Loiola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Iker Libertad fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Python FC's protests and gave Iker Libertad a yellow card for diving instead. Iker Libertad hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Eulalio Frisco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eulalio Frisco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. During the 18th minute of the match Iker Libertad completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Iker Libertad a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Python FC's Iker Libertad got a free kick in the 19th minute. The supporters of C.A.Damalu booed when Python FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Criston didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niceto Loiola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Criston, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Nicolas Txurio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, C.A.Damalu's Marco Gitano got a free kick in the 41st minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Criston to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Joel Malvin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Eyague saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Criston got free with Niceto Loiola in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rafael Criston could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Niceto Loiola made a huge save. Python FC's Rafael Criston got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Niceto Loiola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Higinio Guerau in the 84th minute. When Joel Malvin came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the C.A.Damalu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Malvin couldn't finish the play. 1-2 became the score in the 89th minute when Rafael Criston elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Joel Malvin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Python FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C.A.Damalu throughout the match.
