The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruben Che helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, Alvear FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruben Che to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Alvear FC's zone, Eulalio Iyan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Dante came out of the goal and Eulalio Iyan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Norberto Firman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcelo Hever made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norberto Firman in the 9th minute. Ubaldo Hartz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Marcelo Hever when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ubaldo Hartz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Hever read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. If Ubaldo Hartz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Kvothe FC's Baltasar Gaizkine got a free kick in the 19th minute. Marcelo Hever showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Barros in the 20th minute of the match. Norberto Firman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Hever having to interfere. If Ubaldo Hartz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Alvear FC's Florentino Barros got a free kick in the 29th minute. Florencio Fortun took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Charles Dante. Alvear FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Kvothe FC booed when Alvear FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pompiliu Iacob didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Florentino Barros sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kvothe FC's Marcelo Hever didn't even have to move. 37 minutes into the match, Kvothe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Firman came free, but Marcelo Hever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ubaldo Hartz in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcelo Hever, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norberto Firman in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelo Hever saved Kvothe FC from getting behind. In the 44th minute of the match Filomeno Galsino sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charles Dante skillfully saved the ball. In the 46th minute Eulalio Iyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Dante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Marcelo Hever made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Hartz in the 52nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Alvear FC's zone, Teodoro Beat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Dante came out of the goal and Teodoro Beat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eulalio Iyan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Charles Dante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Eulalio Iyan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Eulalio Iyan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Alvear FC's goalkeeper Charles Dante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Ubaldo Hartz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Alvear FC booed when Kvothe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cecilio Galoer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kvothe FC's goalkeeper Marcelo Hever, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ubaldo Hartz struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Marcelo Hever didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alvear FC. The audience was convinced that Norberto Firman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelo Hever was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Marcelo Hever didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Norberto Firman went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Norberto Firman might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelo Hever. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Norberto Firman ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcelo Hever came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Alvear FC's Ubaldo Hartz. But to his dismay, Ubaldo Hartz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Alvear FC had played much better football throughout.
