Hector Tajo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Theodore in the 14th minute of play. Hector Tajo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Gomez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Gaztea in the 19th minute of play forced Pineapples FC's goalkeeper Hector Tajo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 played minutes Pineapples FC got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Piña. Hector Tajo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Uriel Pes's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Conrado Lugo was a little too slow when Casimiro Iraido got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-0. 35 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's Mauricio Gomez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hector Tajo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Orlando Oihan's late challenge caught a Boca Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orlando Oihan helped the player get up and apologised. 38 minutes into the game, Boca Juniors's Uriel Pes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hector Tajo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 42nd minute, Uriel Pes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ladislao Stanislao fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pineapples FC's protests and gave Ladislao Stanislao a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd match minute, Pineapples FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Stanislao to maneuver through the defense. Uriel Pes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hector Tajo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Boca Juniors's Conrado Lugo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Stanislao in the 47th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Pineapples FC's Ladislao Stanislao ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Conrado Lugo. Conrado Lugo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Uriel Pes was the one to do the kick off. Hector Tajo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Uriel Pes's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Mauricio Gomez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Hector Tajo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Uriel Pes in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hector Tajo saved Pineapples FC from getting behind. Hector Tajo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Pes in the 60th minute of the match. Mauricio Gomez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Hector Tajo made a huge save. Uriel Pes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauricio Gomez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Tajo having to interfere. Boca Juniors's Virgilio Gaztea shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 68th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Hector Tajo but with some difficulty. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Uriel Pes in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hector Tajo saved Pineapples FC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Pineapples FC's zone, Uriel Pes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hector Tajo came out of the goal and Uriel Pes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Boca Juniors's Uriel Pes got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 74thth minute of the game Uriel Pes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pineapples FC's Hector Tajo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Boca Juniors's Virgilio Gaztea got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hector Tajo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Uriel Pes's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute, Pineapples FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Geronimo Theodore fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 80 minutes in the game, Virgilio Gaztea fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hector Tajo having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Uriel Pes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hector Tajo. Uriel Pes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. 85 minutes into the match, Pineapples FC's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Pes came free, but Hector Tajo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Diego Oalo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Conrado Lugo was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Conrado Lugo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Piña in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Pineapples FC's goalkeeper Hector Tajo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauricio Gomez. Boca Juniors's Mauricio Gomez shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 94th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Hector Tajo but with some difficulty. In the 97th minute, Uriel Pes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hector Tajo. The goal made the score 2-3.
