When Marcial Eate came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Bonguno FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcial Eate couldn't finish the play. Nicolás Gerrard made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Teobaldo Etxepare sent off a good shot on target. Nicolás Gerrard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Cambranes in the 27th minute of play. Santos Cambranes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teobaldo Etxepare who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Nicolás Gerrard when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 38 minutes of play Bonguno FC's Marcial Eate was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Marcial Eate kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. When Santos Cambranes fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bonguno FC's protests and gave Santos Cambranes a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bonguno FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Santos Cambranes hit a great ball. Victoriano Playo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Iratzeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Teobaldo Etxepare received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Nicolás Gerrard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teobaldo Etxepare to make the kick off. Victoriano Playo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Caitano in the 56th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bonguno FC's zone, Remigio Iratzeder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victoriano Playo came out of the goal and Remigio Iratzeder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amado Nesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Nicolás Gerrard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Teobaldo Etxepare came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Bonguno FC fans jumped to their feet. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Victoriano Playo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rossoneri Bragado's Nicolás Gerrard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Nesto in the 68th minute of play. Teobaldo Etxepare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolás Gerrard having to interfere. Arsenio Hodei charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arsenio Hodei the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arsenio Hodei kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. When Teobaldo Etxepare came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Bonguno FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teobaldo Etxepare couldn't finish the play.
