LuliCarp's Patricio Figueroa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualterio Padro in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Padro in the 6th minute of play forced LuliCarp's goalkeeper Patricio Figueroa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Feliciano Umbruso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Patricio Figueroa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Rodolfo Venerando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Feliciano Umbruso struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Patricio Figueroa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Assunta. After a rather tough play, Assunta's Mauricio Orlanda got a free kick in the 26th minute. Enrique Edur came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by LuliCarp's Pascual Iturri. But to his dismay, Pascual Iturri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Assunta's goalkeeper Enrique Edur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dario Bide received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Enrique Edur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrique Edur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Bide in the 42nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Assunta's zone, Pascual Iturri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Edur came out of the goal and Pascual Iturri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 62 minutes of play, LuliCarp's Dario Bide made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enrique Edur was left in no man's land by his defense there! 66 minutes into the match, Assunta's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Bide came free, but Enrique Edur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Assunta's Gualterio Padro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patricio Figueroa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dario Bide received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Assunta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gualterio Padro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 92 played minutes Assunta got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Pelayo. In the 93rd minute of the match Marcial Monico shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enrique Edur showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gualterio Padro kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After 97 minutes Assunta's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcial Monico who took care of the corner kick. When LuliCarp's Dario Bide in the 100th minute got a chance for a shot 100th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Assunta's goalie prevented a goal. LuliCarp were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Assunta for a fine match.
