Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Ermegildo Palben successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in JOSE CE's zone, Hugo Llorenc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfredo Justin came out of the goal and Hugo Llorenc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Honorato Sal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Alfredo Justin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Llorenc in the 15th minute of play forced JOSE CE's goalkeeper Alfredo Justin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Llorenc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Justin having to interfere. Ermegildo Palben took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nemesio Hulberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugo Llorenc hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Hugo Llorenc struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Alfredo Justin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nankatsu FC. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hugo Llorenc made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Cayo during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 52 played minutes JOSE CE got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Cayo. Miguel Sabin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Nankatsu FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Robustiano Nayely hit a great ball. Nemesio Hulberto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermegildo Palben having to make a save. Miguel Sabin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ermegildo Palben tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Miguel Sabin managed to get in a good position for a shot. JOSE CE's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Sabin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Palben breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 66 minutes into the match, Honorato Sal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alfredo Justin, 0-1. If Nemesio Hulberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Sabin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Palben having to interfere. When Nankatsu FC's Hugo Llorenc in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye JOSE CE's goalie prevented a goal. Honorato Sal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Honorato Sal got free with Alfredo Justin in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alfredo Justin made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Honorato Sal sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Nankatsu FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Silvio Rius hit a great ball. Fermin Indalecio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 87th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Nankatsu FC's Aquilino Frederico got a free kick in the 88th minute. With a little luck, JOSE CE's Alfredo Justin got control of the ball when Honorato Sal tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Nankatsu FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
