Teofilo Mitxel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Elorri having to interfere. Teofilo Mitxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Rodolfo Elorri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Teofilo Mitxel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rodolfo Elorri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Alvarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Rodolfo Elorri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teofilo Mitxel's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 29thth minute of the game Fausto Alvarez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lavanderos FC's Rodolfo Elorri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 31 minutes, Fausto Alvarez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Ryukyu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fausto Alvarez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 38th minute, Teofilo Mitxel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fausto Alvarez struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Rodolfo Elorri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ryukyu. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Rodolfo Elorri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ryukyu. 89 minutes into the game, Camilo Vidal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lavanderos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Ryukyu the free kick. Rodolfo Elorri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Mitxel, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. If Simon Baladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Lavanderos FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Ryukyu's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Ryukyu.
