Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Simon Baladi started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Abelardo Rafe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Amboy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lavanderos FC the free kick. The supporters of Lavanderos FC booed when Amboy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Rafe didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Severino Ramos came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Lavanderos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severino Ramos couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute, Evaristo Hernando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Severino Ramos put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ernesto Raebert. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Amboy's goalkeeper Ernesto Raebert, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 18 minutes of play, Lavanderos FC's Severino Ramos made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernesto Raebert was left in no man's land by his defense there! 22 minutes into the match, Amboy's Evaristo Hernando sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodolfo Elorri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Simon Baladi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Raebert having to interfere. In the 27th match minute, Lavanderos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Ramos to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baldomiro Orti during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Bernabe Lamberto took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Rodolfo Elorri to make any attempt to save it. Simon Baladi hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Rodolfo Elorri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernabe Lamberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Evaristo Hernando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Rodolfo Elorri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernabe Lamberto to make the kick off. Alberto Beltran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Rodolfo Elorri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Evaristo Hernando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amboy's supporters rose to their feet, but Evaristo Hernando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodolfo Elorri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rodolfo Elorri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernabe Lamberto in the 59th minute of the match. Rodolfo Elorri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Hernando in the 60th minute of play. Ernesto Raebert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Baladi in the 65th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Lavanderos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Lamberto came free, but Rodolfo Elorri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Severino Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Lavanderos FC's Simon Baladi in the 84th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Ernesto Raebert was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Amboy through an amazing save. Evaristo Hernando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Amboy booed when Lavanderos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Escobar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amboy's Evaristo Hernando got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Amboy supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lavanderos FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Lavanderos FC.
