Spectators: 7257 (Terracing: 5444, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) Urutaú FC's Roque Cutberto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Deportivo Social Flores booed when Urutaú FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddy Xabat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Generoso Balendin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Edelmiro Sidoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 11th play minutes Alejo Vedillo shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Anacleto Ledesma and just under the crossbar into goal. Modesto Oxel's late challenge caught a Urutaú FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Modesto Oxel helped the player get up and apologised. After 17 played minutes Deportivo Social Flores got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Oxel. After having played for 22 minutes, Generoso Balendin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Urutaú FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Generoso Balendin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 25 played minutes Deportivo Social Flores got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Remigio. Gervasio Mendez was extremely unlucky when he, in the 26th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Alejo Vedillo's late challenge caught a Urutaú FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jesus Harkaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the game, Urutaú FC's Generoso Balendin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roque Cutberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, Agustin Bela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jesus Harkaitz was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Felipe Gaitano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Social Flores's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Urutaú FC the free kick. Felipe Gaitano hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Generoso Balendin in the 54th minute of play forced Deportivo Social Flores's goalkeeper Edelmiro Sidoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jesus Harkaitz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 57th minute. Deportivo Social Flores's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Edelmiro Sidoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Balendin in the 59th minute of the match. After having played for 60 minutes, Jesus Harkaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Social Flores's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesus Harkaitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edelmiro Sidoro came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Urutaú FC's Generoso Balendin. But to his dismay, Generoso Balendin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Roque Cutberto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Edelmiro Sidoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anacleto Ledesma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Harkaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Gervasio Mendez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Freddy Xabat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Urutaú FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Xabat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edelmiro Sidoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Lorenzo Serafo fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Urutaú FC's protests and gave Lorenzo Serafo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Urutaú FC's Lorenzo Serafo got a free kick in the 74th minute. Roque Cutberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Social Flores's zone, Roque Cutberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edelmiro Sidoro came out of the goal and Roque Cutberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jesus Harkaitz hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. If Generoso Balendin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Urutaú FC had played much better football throughout.
