Generoso Balendin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Unax having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roque Cutberto in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lino Unax prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Generoso Balendin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Urutaú FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Generoso Balendin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Unax breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Infierno Rojo's zone, Roque Cutberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lino Unax came out of the goal and Roque Cutberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Generoso Balendin struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Lino Unax didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Urutaú FC. If Generoso Balendin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Freddy Xabat hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. If Alonzo Savion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damaso Calvet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alonzo Savion made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Roque Cutberto fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lino Unax, passed just outside the right post. In the 56th minute Damaso Calvet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Ledesma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th match minute, Urutaú FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Serafo to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alonzo Savion in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anacleto Ledesma saved Urutaú FC from getting behind. 61 minutes into the match, Generoso Balendin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lino Unax. Infierno Rojo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Generoso Balendin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Generoso Balendin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Genaro Franco kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Urutaú FC's Roque Cutberto got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Generoso Balendin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lino Unax made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Freddy Xabat sent off a good shot on target. If Generoso Balendin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lino Unax was a little too slow when Roque Cutberto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-2. 90 minutes into the match, Infierno Rojo's goal looked a bit too open when Roque Cutberto came free, but Lino Unax reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Urutaú FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! In the 93rd minute there was a penalty for Infierno Rojo. Fermin Oihenarte stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Anacleto Ledesma. 1-2. Urutaú FC's Freddy Xabat got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
