If Teofilo Mitxel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Federico Etxatxu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Teofilo Mitxel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 18 minute of play. Ambrosio Alfonso came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Big Tigers's Jeronimo Millano. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Millano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Ambrosio Alfonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Truylos in the 25th minute of the match. Jeronimo Millano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Marcelino Truylos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ambrosio Alfonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Millano in the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, FC Ryukyu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Alvarez to maneuver through the defense. Teofilo Mitxel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Etxatxu having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Odon in the 49th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ambrosio Alfonso saved FC Ryukyu from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

After having played for 64 minutes, Jeronimo Millano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Big Tigers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeronimo Millano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rogelio Galindo during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Big Tigers booed when FC Ryukyu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Galindo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ambrosio Alfonso made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Jeronimo Millano sent off a good shot on target. Teofilo Mitxel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ambrosio Alfonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Odon in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to FC Ryukyu getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Gaston Fernendo hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Big Tigers defense, Fausto Alvarez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Federico Etxatxu. The Big Tigers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Federico Etxatxu should have stopped the shot. Federico Etxatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Alvarez in the 94th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Ryukyu fully deserved thier win.
