Nacimienta AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Victorio Vargas scored to the left of an out of position Adolfo Chano, making the score, 2-0. The Barreto fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Barreto's Emilio Boniel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Nacimienta AFC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Pastor Tebaldo hit a great ball. Francisco Izotz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 46th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Cirilo Azeari made the kick off in the second half. Francisco Izotz got his second yellow card in the match during the 54th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After having played for 58 minutes, Emilio Boniel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barreto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emilio Boniel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adolfo Chano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emilio Boniel went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. 65 minutes into the match, Barreto's goal looked a bit too open when Cirilo Azeari came free, but Silvano Hodei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barreto's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Cirilo Azeari scored to the left of an out of position Silvano Hodei, making the score, 5-1. Mauricio Abad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Chano having to interfere. If Emilio Boniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adolfo Chano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Boniel, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Serafin Innocenzio's late challenge caught a Barreto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafin Innocenzio helped the player get up and apologised. After 92 played minutes Nacimienta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Innocenzio. Adolfo Chano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Boniel in the 95th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Barreto had played much better football throughout.
