Spectators: 7188 (Terracing: 5393, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 142) Juan Arotza made the kick off and thus started the match. Guillermo Beltza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Rubio in the 6th minute of the match. A collision led to Russell AFC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Arturo Uhin hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, Russell AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Rubio came free, but Guillermo Beltza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Arotza in the 10th minute of play forced Russell AFC's goalkeeper Guillermo Beltza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, ĵōĝő βổňїтǿ ƒ.¢'s Dario Rubio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guillermo Beltza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Constantino Malvin came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Russell AFC's Paulino Vela. But to his dismay, Paulino Vela quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 20 played minutes Russell AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Serafo. After 23 minutes, Dario Rubio made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Russell AFC's Guillermo Beltza tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th minute, Russell AFC's Paulino Vela ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Constantino Malvin. Constantino Malvin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardino Mogel in the 36th minute of play forced ĵōĝő βổňїтǿ ƒ.¢'s goalkeeper Constantino Malvin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute of the match ĵōĝő βổňїтǿ ƒ.¢ got a corner. Russell AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jorge Orland ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 44th minute, Paulino Vela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes into the match, ĵōĝő βổňїтǿ ƒ.¢'s goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Mogel came free, but Constantino Malvin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Bernardino Mogel made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Paulino Vela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Russell AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulino Vela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Constantino Malvin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 54th minute, Dario Rubio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guillermo Beltza was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Guillermo Beltza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Arotza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Russell AFC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Arturo Uhin hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Russell AFC's zone, Dario Rubio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guillermo Beltza came out of the goal and Dario Rubio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Juan Arotza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Arotza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Dario Rubio came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the ĵōĝő βổňїтǿ ƒ.¢ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dario Rubio couldn't finish the play. In the 91st play minute Dario Rubio came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Guillermo Beltza. 2-3.
