When Abelardo Tulio came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Miñones FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abelardo Tulio couldn't finish the play. Angel Argoitz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 21st minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. 27 minutes into the match, Miñones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Goiz came free, but Rafael Berenguer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Honorio Bizen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Alvarado Futbol Club's Angel Argoitz got control of the ball when Adrian Michael tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adrian Michael recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafael Berenguer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Ledesma in the 39th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Gervasio Ledesma made the kick off in the second half. Alvarado Futbol Club's Angel Argoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Tulio in the 59th minute of play. In the 65th minute of the match Francisco Piarres shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angel Argoitz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Emiliano Orti was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 68th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Emiliano Orti struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Rafael Berenguer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alvarado Futbol Club. 75 minutes into the game, Emiliano Orti threw the ball into play from the sideline. Miñones FC's Evelio Jenaro quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Angel Argoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Tulio in the 75th minute of play. Placido Sedeni's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rafael Berenguer firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 78 played minutes Miñones FC got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Michael. In the 83rd minute of the match, Gervasio Ledesma tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rafael Berenguer saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Honorio Bizen struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Angel Argoitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miñones FC. Adrian Michael hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Miñones FC fully deserved thier win.
