Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cristo Bento took the kick off in the first half of the match. CRAI's Gustavo Llorienzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Millrick in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, CRAI's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Millrick came free, but Gustavo Llorienzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Llorienzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Rodriguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abelardo Valiente made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Camilo Eliu sent off a good shot on target. Cristo Bento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Abelardo Valiente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chinga FC's Florentino Millrick got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leo Rodriguez in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Llorienzo saved CRAI from getting behind. After 21 minutes of play, Chinga FC's Florentino Millrick made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustavo Llorienzo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 24 minutes, Camilo Eliu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CRAI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camilo Eliu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abelardo Valiente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Bento in the 29th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Florentino Millrick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Llorienzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florentino Millrick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Llorienzo having to interfere. Leo Rodriguez took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustavo Llorienzo. Gustavo Llorienzo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camilo Eliu got free with Abelardo Valiente in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Florentino Millrick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, CRAI's Cristo Bento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abelardo Valiente narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Florentino Millrick made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Chinga FC's Inocencio Emenon seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Inocencio Emenon the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Chinga FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Inocencio Emenon had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Chinga FC! In the 63rd match minute, CRAI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Kiliz to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Chinga FC's Zeledon Atarratze got a free kick in the 65th minute. Camilo Eliu took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abelardo Valiente. Abelardo Valiente dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. A collision led to Chinga FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Leo Rodriguez hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chinga FC's zone, Cristo Bento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abelardo Valiente came out of the goal and Cristo Bento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustavo Llorienzo made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Zeledon Atarratze sent off a good shot on target. Gustavo Llorienzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Millrick in the 81st minute of the match. In the 85th match minute, Chinga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Atarratze to maneuver through the defense. Cristo Bento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Abelardo Valiente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Cristo Bento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CRAI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Aurelio Viviano kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. CRAI's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
