The referee showed Isaac Tibalt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute, Isaac Tibalt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Placido Sedeni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The shot was a little too simple and Angel Argoitz could save by the left post. 40 minutes into the match, Pergamino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Ledesma came free, but Emilio Gilesindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafino Frutos was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervasio Ledesma in the 53rd minute of play forced Pergamino FC's goalkeeper Emilio Gilesindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute, Placido Sedeni made a precise shot to the right of Emilio Gilesindo. Pergamino FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Angel Argoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Esdras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emilio Gilesindo made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Placido Sedeni sent off a good shot on target. Pergamino FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Gervasio Ledesma scored to the left of an out of position Emilio Gilesindo, making the score, 1-2. After 95 played minutes Alvarado Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Chap. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Alvarado Futbol Club walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
