Napostá's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bella Vista Millo the free kick. Froilan Abeitia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnoldo Ibañez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th match minute, Bella Vista Millo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Tirso to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Arnoldo Ibañez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bella Vista Millo's Froilan Abeitia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Ibañez in the 29th minute of play. Arnoldo Ibañez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Froilan Abeitia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. If Salvador Astrada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bella Vista Millo's Froilan Abeitia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Nuñez in the 37th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Baladi during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 39 played minutes Bella Vista Millo got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Baladi. Danilo Balendin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnoldo Ibañez to make the kick off. Froilan Abeitia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Ibañez in the 52nd minute of play. Valentin Tirso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valentin Tirso kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Jimeno Cordareo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 58th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Arnoldo Ibañez came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Napostá fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnoldo Ibañez couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice moves Jose Nuñez could shoot a difficult shot in the 73rd minute, which Froilan Abeitia however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Tirso in the 74th minute of play forced Napostá's goalkeeper Adrian Toro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernesto Fidensio hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. When Danilo Balendin came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Bella Vista Millo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danilo Balendin couldn't finish the play. Jose Nuñez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Abeitia having to interfere. Jose Nuñez struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Froilan Abeitia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Napostá. After 92 played minutes Bella Vista Millo got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Tirso. The Napostá players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Bella Vista Millo from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
