Amado Nofre took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Carmelo Santo. Cachilo FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cachilo FC's Carmelo Santo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Ubelteso in the 18th minute of play. Nicolas Restu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Santo having to interfere. After 22 played minutes Cachilo FC got a freekick which was hit by Mario Arnau. In the 23rd minute, Nicolas Restu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th minute, Herminio Haritz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carmelo Santo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A collision led to los locos barretas getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Freddy Caetano hit a great ball. Cachilo FC's Faustino Munio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 28th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for los locos barretas. Tiburcio Montel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Romildo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Rigoberto Romildo made the kick off in the second half. Faustino Munio hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cachilo FC's zone, Nicolas Restu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmelo Santo came out of the goal and Nicolas Restu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cachilo FC's Carmelo Santo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Restu in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Generoso Nahia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, los locos barretas's Herminio Haritz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carmelo Santo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in los locos barretas's zone, Arnoldo Corderall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiburcio Montel came out of the goal and Arnoldo Corderall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rigoberto Romildo scored 2-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiburcio Montel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to los locos barretas getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Everardo Ubelteso hit a great ball. Nicolas Restu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Everardo Ubelteso's late challenge caught a Cachilo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Everardo Ubelteso helped the player get up and apologised. Rigoberto Romildo scored 3-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiburcio Montel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cachilo FC had won after a very even match.
