Camilo Donzel started the match with the kick off. A hard shot 4 in the game by Marcelo Aznaro from a close distance when the talented Carolo Errolan managed to make a qualified save. Buenos Aires Soccer's players were relieved. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Buenos Aires F.C.! Geronimo Quintan kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Buenos Aires Soccer's Cosme Olivar broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Camilo Donzel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Roman Magdaleno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute Camilo Donzel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Magdaleno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Buenos Aires Soccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Beltran to maneuver through the defense. Astor Ur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcelo Aznaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Errolan having to interfere. Buenos Aires Soccer's Carolo Errolan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Buenos Aires Soccer from getting a goal against them. If Edgardo Polentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Camilo Donzel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Camilo Donzel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roman Magdaleno having to make a save. In the 56th of the match, Camilo Donzel tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Roman Magdaleno got in the way and made a wonderful save. If Marcelo Aznaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Moises Lico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Aznaro in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carolo Errolan saved Buenos Aires Soccer from getting behind. 71 minutes into the match, Buenos Aires Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Polentzi came free, but Carolo Errolan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgardo Polentzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Carolo Errolan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 76 minutes, Marcelo Aznaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buenos Aires F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelo Aznaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcelo Aznaro took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carolo Errolan. Carolo Errolan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Carolo Errolan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Polentzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Aznaro in the 93rd minute of play forced Buenos Aires Soccer's goalkeeper Carolo Errolan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Astor Ur fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Buenos Aires Soccer's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
