But to his dismay, Arnoldo Corderall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 71st minute of the match Ulises Sandalio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carmelo Santo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Buenos Aires F.C. booed when Cachilo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Nahia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carmelo Santo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Aznaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geronimo Quintan during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 76th match minute, Buenos Aires F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geronimo Quintan to maneuver through the defense. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 84 minutes into the match, Buenos Aires F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Romildo came free, but Roman Magdaleno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
