Edgardo Polentzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelo Aznaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Teobaldo Merexildo made a huge save. Marcelo Aznaro in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Roman Magdaleno came out of the goal and Everardo Gonsalvo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Santiago Beturian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aguadita's Teobaldo Merexildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Polentzi in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Polentzi in the 69th minute of play forced Aguadita's goalkeeper Teobaldo Merexildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santiago Beturian hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Buenos Aires F.C.'s Edgardo Polentzi got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Buenos Aires F.C.'s Edgardo Polentzi got a free kick in the 82nd minute. When Santiago Beturian came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Aguadita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santiago Beturian couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Buenos Aires F.C. getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Rodolfo Suarez hit a great ball. 98 minutes into the match, Aguadita's Everardo Gonsalvo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roman Magdaleno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Aguadita eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
