Tocol's Armando Cloyo got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Tocol's Nereo Estefan got a free kick in the 10th minute. The audience was convinced that Fabricio Milio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucio Dimo was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Tocol's Fabricio Milio got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Armando Cloyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tocol's Ovidio Eutropio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Dunixi in the 20th minute of play. Lucio Dimo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Milio in the 28th minute of play. Fabricio Milio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 32nd minute Nereo Estefan suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 32 minutes into the game, Eugenio Donzel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ⚽ Real Bañil F.C. ⚽'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tocol the free kick. Isaias Dunixi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 42nd minute. ⚽ Real Bañil F.C. ⚽'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Armando Cloyo to strike the kick off in the second half. Lucio Dimo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armando Cloyo went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Armando Cloyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Cloyo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucio Dimo having to make a save. Lorenzo Benat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Ovidio Eutropio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind ⚽ Real Bañil F.C. ⚽'s goalkeeper Lucio Dimo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 73 minutes of play, ⚽ Real Bañil F.C. ⚽'s Lorenzo Benat made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ovidio Eutropio was left in no man's land by his defense there! ⚽ Real Bañil F.C. ⚽'s Lucio Dimo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save ⚽ Real Bañil F.C. ⚽ from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute, Apolo Cheche got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isaias Dunixi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Eutropio having to interfere. Ovidio Eutropio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Benat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Armando Cloyo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tocol's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Cloyo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucio Dimo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucio Dimo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolo Cheche, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Benat in the 90th minute of play forced Tocol's goalkeeper Ovidio Eutropio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Lorenzo Benat notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Tocol's Ovidio Eutropio. Ovidio Eutropio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 97th minute Isaias Dunixi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Eutropio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tocol's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
