Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Raulo to make the kick off. In the 83rd minute, Arnoldo Aznaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serafino Lidon struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Sergio Kauldi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Nacional De Futbol. Club Nacional De Futbol's Vinicio Salvidor pulled a muscle in his back after 87 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 88th minute, Baldomero Piearres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Nacional De Futbol's Damaso Benitez couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 89th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Arizona FC. Saverio Silbestre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Raulo, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Danilo Peruanton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
