Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Meridiano AFC's Ladislao Peru started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Palmar AFC booed when Meridiano AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Laurentzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honorato Enaut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ladislao Peru in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrique Orixe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Meridiano AFC's Robustiano Laurentzi got a free kick in the 14th minute. Ladislao Peru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Enrique Orixe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorato Enaut struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Dionisio Maiorga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmar AFC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ambrosio Quintin during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th minute, Honorato Enaut got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 28th minute, Ricardo Benat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Urbano Horado hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the game, Joel Arce was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Meridiano AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palmar AFC the free kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victorino Beltran made a kick off. After 52 minutes Meridiano AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Serafino Loi who took care of the corner kick. When Edgardo Jerrold came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Palmar AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgardo Jerrold couldn't finish the play. Enrique Orixe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ricardo Benat went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Meridiano AFC's Robustiano Laurentzi got a free kick in the 60th minute. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Ricardo Benat sped through Palmar AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Enrique Orixe. Honorato Enaut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardo Benat's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Enrique Orixe skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 83rd match minute, Meridiano AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Arce to maneuver through the defense. Serafino Loi charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafino Loi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Meridiano AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Miguel Toro in the 95th minute. The corner ended in Miguel Toro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Palmar AFC's Enrique Orixe did a great save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Meridiano AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
