In the 9th minute, Simon Betadur reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nicolas Selatse. The goal made the score 1-0. 15 minutes into the game, Gerardo Mitxaut cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Adan Peruanton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 19th minute there was a penalty for San Fernando CDB. Freddy Unax stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nicolas Selatse. 2-1. Gerardo Mitxaut took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adan Peruanton. Adan Peruanton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Abelardo Goyo's late challenge caught a San Fernando CDB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abelardo Goyo helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Simon Betadur managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Fernando CDB's supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Betadur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolas Selatse breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Simon Betadur to strike the kick off in the second half. If Simon Betadur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Betadur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Nicolas Selatse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Gerardo Mitxaut got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Martin Modestio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adan Peruanton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Urre in the 74th minute of play. Nicolas Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Betadur in the 77th minute of play. Nicolas Selatse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Betadur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Urre in the 80th minute of play forced San Fernando CDB's goalkeeper Adan Peruanton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Betadur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 minutes of play, San Fernando CDB's Martin Modestio made it 5-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolas Selatse was left in no man's land by his defense there! San Fernando CDB's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
