The score was now 1-0. In the 11th minute Ernesto Salvatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaston Semeno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Gastona FC's Ernesto Salvatore slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gaston Semeno. That made the score 2-0 after 12 minutes of play. Epifanio Demesio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaston Semeno having to make a save. Hernan Poncio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Gaston Semeno made a huge save. Omar Criston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Epifanio Demesio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciriaco Ignazio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Tirso in the 24th minute of play. Gastona FC's Nemesio Astrada got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th match minute, Miraflores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Viator to maneuver through the defense. Epifanio Demesio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Semeno having to interfere. Miraflores's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Epifanio Demesio 31 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. 35 minutes into the match, Clemente Rayman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gaston Semeno, 4-0. After 38 minutes of play, Gastona FC's Nemesio Astrada made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaston Semeno was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nemesio Astrada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clemente Rayman might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gaston Semeno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Salvatore got free with Gaston Semeno in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Omar Criston to make the kick off. Omar Criston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Ignazio having to interfere. The supporters of Gastona FC booed when Miraflores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Sabino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Epifanio Demesio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Gaston Semeno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaston Semeno made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. If Pascual Danel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. Gastona FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
