Candido Asteri kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Defensa y justicia's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Bertin came free, but Anier Paez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliseo Sazon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Fernandes in the 18th minute of the match. In the 20thth minute of the game Bernardino Bertin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Defensa y justicia's Anier Paez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Basilio Ermano scored 3-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eliseo Sazon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 30 minutes into the match, Bankero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Pereyra came free, but Eliseo Sazon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Defensa y justicia's Fabio Fernandes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eliseo Sazon. That made the score 4-0 after 32 minutes of play. 43 minutes into the match, Urbano Ortzi notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Defensa y justicia's Anier Paez. Anier Paez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Anier Paez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardino Bertin, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Basilio Ermano made a kick off. The supporters of Defensa y justicia booed when Bankero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Bertin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Defensa y justicia were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Bankero FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Clodoveo Senon took the corner. 54 minutes into the match, Defensa y justicia's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Ortzi came free, but Anier Paez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ismael Frederico kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Bernardino Bertin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Anier Paez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Ismael Frederico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Paez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Bankero FC's Urbano Ortzi in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Defensa y justicia's goalie prevented a goal. After 69 minutes of play, Bankero FC's Bernardino Bertin made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anier Paez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ruperto Pereyra struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Eliseo Sazon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Defensa y justicia. Anier Paez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardino Bertin in the 78th minute. Anier Paez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Ortzi in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Ermano in the 82nd minute of play forced Bankero FC's goalkeeper Eliseo Sazon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 84 played minutes Defensa y justicia got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Domiku. After having played for 85 minutes, Bernardino Bertin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bankero FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardino Bertin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ruperto Pereyra charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruperto Pereyra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th minute, Ruperto Pereyra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardino Bertin took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anier Paez. Anier Paez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. Ismael Frederico kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bankero FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Defensa y justicia.
