Spectators: 7355 (Terracing: 5517, Seating: 1691, VIP seats: 147) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marcos Gomez took the kick off in the first half of the match. Guillermo Olivar came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Defensa y Justicia's Marcos Gomez. But to his dismay, Marcos Gomez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Peñaflor AFC's Bernabe Rutenio got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 16 played minutes Defensa y Justicia got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Munio. Jonathan Cresitobalo made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Atilano Beat sent off a good shot on target. Defensa y Justicia's Jonathan Cresitobalo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Defensa y Justicia from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Cresitobalo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Atilano Beat showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 25 minute of play. Arnulfo Bela hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Timoteo Unai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Cresitobalo having to interfere. Marcos Gomez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Guillermo Olivar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gualterio Sotil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guillermo Olivar having to make a save. After 38 minutes of play, Defensa y Justicia's Gualterio Sotil made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guillermo Olivar was left in no man's land by his defense there! 42 minutes into the match, Defensa y Justicia's goalkeeper Jonathan Cresitobalo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timoteo Unai. A collision led to Defensa y Justicia getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Lino Peter hit a great ball. Peñaflor AFC's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 44th minute of the game, when Gaston Raphael after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Defensa y Justicia's goal. Gaston Raphael was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Jonathan Cresitobalo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Timoteo Unai in the 46th minute. Gualterio Sotil kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Jonathan Cresitobalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Acosta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

52 minutes into the match, Defensa y Justicia's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Acosta came free, but Jonathan Cresitobalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Atilano Beat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Cresitobalo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Peñaflor AFC's Diego Charro got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Cresitobalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilano Beat in the 69th minute of play. Rodrigo Acosta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Jonathan Cresitobalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Gomez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Guillermo Olivar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st match minute, Peñaflor AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timoteo Unai to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Defensa y Justicia's zone, Timoteo Unai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Cresitobalo came out of the goal and Timoteo Unai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the game, Marcos Gomez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Guillermo Olivar. Marcos Gomez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-3. Marcos Gomez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Guillermo Olivar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Peñaflor AFC were the better team. Peñaflor AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
