Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Chispa FC's Uriel Roland started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Enzo Bixintxo kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Flavio Transito made a precise shot to the right of Prospero Vimaro. Ascensión's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 10th minute, Uriel Roland made a precise shot to the right of Prospero Vimaro. Ascensión's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 13 minutes into the game, Natalio Diagur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Prospero Vimaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Enzo Bixintxo kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Prospero Vimaro came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Chispa FC's Flavio Transito. But to his dismay, Flavio Transito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Pastor Marcones made an important save on a dangerous shot by Uriel Cesario in the 27th minute. Flavio Transito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Chispa FC fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Chispa FC's Uriel Roland looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 35 played minutes Chispa FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Nardo. Chispa FC were furious when Feliberto Matei was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 45 played minutes Chispa FC got a freekick which was hit by Feliberto Matei. Pastor Marcones made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Tavio in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Damian Tavio made the kick off in the second half. Chispa FC's Pastor Marcones played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Txatxu in the 54th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Uriel Cesario's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pastor Marcones was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. If Uriel Cesario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Uriel Roland ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Prospero Vimaro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Pastor Marcones showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Tavio, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute, Enzo Bixintxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pastor Marcones took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Joey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ascensión's Enzo Bixintxo got a free kick in the 75th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Chispa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fermin Txatxu came free, but Pastor Marcones reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Ascensión's Prospero Vimaro got control of the ball when Javier James tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 82nd minute Damian Tavio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Marcones saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximiliano Nardo hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Chispa FC's Ermegildo Larpe has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 87th minute. Prospero Vimaro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Uriel Roland went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. 94 minutes into the match, Chispa FC's Uriel Roland sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Prospero Vimaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Natalio Diagur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Chispa FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
