The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicasio Bartoli to make the kick off. Nicasio Bartoli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. MEWINGSITOS FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elias Breogan in the 94th minute. Nicasio Bartoli made a great header on MEWINGSITOS FC's corner, it was just that Papagayos's Faustino Elorri managed to reach the ball for a save. Damian Lauren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Kusko, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MEWINGSITOS FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Papagayos had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
