Leonides Gaueko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Rozarius having to interfere. Leonides Gaueko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Basilio Rozarius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26thth minute of the game Baltasar Eder who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Phillipo FC's Agustin Alvarez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Suco AFC's Basilio Rozarius got control of the ball when Victor Blai tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Enrique Xacintu fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Phillipo FC's protests and gave Enrique Xacintu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Suco AFC booed when Phillipo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Xacintu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baltasar Eder in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Agustin Alvarez saved Phillipo FC from getting behind. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Prospero Selatse made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Phillipo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Obano to maneuver through the defense. If Luciano Guifre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victor Bermudez's late challenge caught a Suco AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. But to his dismay, Erasmo Boniel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. A collision led to Suco AFC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Isaac Soin's shot from long distance in the 94th minute was not bad at all, but Phillipo FC's Agustin Alvarez knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. A collision led to Suco AFC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Nemesio Estebe hit a great ball. Phillipo FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
