Denis Aznaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Hourani in the 7th minute of the match. Hugo Jacinto hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. A collision led to MEWINGSITOS FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Isidoro Urritz hit a great ball. Denis Aznaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Ekain, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Lázaro Ekain scored 0-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Denis Aznaro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Denis Aznaro came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by GARIBALDI FC's Lázaro Ekain. But to his dismay, Lázaro Ekain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Denis Aznaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduard Hourani, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Lázaro Ekain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of GARIBALDI FC booed when MEWINGSITOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Quintyn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicasio Bartoli was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, GARIBALDI FC's Denis Aznaro threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lázaro Ekain, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 57 minutes, Christian Quintyn mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MEWINGSITOS FC and the GARIBALDI FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 57 played minutes MEWINGSITOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Christian Quintyn. 61 minutes into the match, GARIBALDI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Bartoli came free, but Rene Llorian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eduard Hourani who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Denis Aznaro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. GARIBALDI FC made a substitution. Alberto Stanislao replaced Erubiel Dubardo. Eduard Hourani was extremely unlucky when he, in the 69th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 73rd match minute, MEWINGSITOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Tximitx to maneuver through the defense. Christian Quintyn made in the 75th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Roberto Mikelar immediately put the ball in play. The throw-in from Christian Quintyn in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by GARIBALDI FC's Dedê Koehler. The supporters of GARIBALDI FC booed when MEWINGSITOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicasio Bartoli didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 81 played minutes MEWINGSITOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicasio Bartoli. With a little luck, MEWINGSITOS FC's Denis Aznaro got control of the ball when Eduard Hourani tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over GARIBALDI FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MEWINGSITOS FC throughout the match.
