Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eliseo Abaunza kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adan Astrada got free with Anacleto Colon in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 3rd match minute, Shaw AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Machado to maneuver through the defense. Fausto Checa hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. When Eliseo Abaunza fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Copetonas's protests and gave Eliseo Abaunza a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Copetonas getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Eliseo Abaunza hit a great ball. In the 13th minute, Florencio Rito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ismael Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Eugenio Gomez scored 0-3 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ismael Machado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Copetonas's Ismael Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Gomez in the 21st minute of play. When Florencio Rito came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Shaw AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florencio Rito couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Copetonas getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Ramiro Nel hit a great ball. In the 47th minute of the match Eugenio Gomez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ismael Machado showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The wind increased when Florencio Rito made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Eliseo Abaunza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anacleto Colon was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. With a little luck, Copetonas's Ismael Machado got control of the ball when Florencio Rito tried to sneak it across the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Ramiro Nel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Copetonas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Shaw AFC the free kick. In the 63rd minute, Ramiro Nel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute, Eugenio Gomez fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ismael Machado, passed just outside the right post. If Ruperto Ibon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florencio Rito who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Ismael Machado when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Eugenio Gomez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florencio Rito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ismael Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Eugenio Gomez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ismael Machado was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Gomez in the 78th minute of play forced Copetonas's goalkeeper Ismael Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruperto Ibon struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Ismael Machado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shaw AFC. Shaw AFC's Anacleto Colon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Abaunza in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Jacinto Libertad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ismael Machado made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Eugenio Gomez sent off a good shot on target. Eugenio Gomez had several of the Copetonas's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 90 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Ismael Machado as he didn't even see the shot coming. When Shaw AFC's Florencio Rito in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Copetonas's goalie prevented a goal. Pedro Noe's late challenge caught a Shaw AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Noe helped the player get up and apologised. After 94 played minutes Copetonas got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Noe. When Eugenio Gomez came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Shaw AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugenio Gomez couldn't finish the play.
