The Liniers FC fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Liniers FC's Anier Llorienzo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lukáč Vranka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Ferrer in the 13th minute of the match. Constantino Kauldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anier Llorienzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Saturnino Gorosti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anier Llorienzo scored 2-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Constantino Kauldi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 25 minutes, Ramon Lizer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SASSUOLO CALCIO and the Liniers FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Liniers FC booed when SASSUOLO CALCIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramon Lizer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Constantino Kauldi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Firmin in the 27th minute of the match. During the 29th minute of the match Ramon Lizer completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ramon Lizer a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Firmin in the 31st minute of play forced SASSUOLO CALCIO's goalkeeper Constantino Kauldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 played minutes SASSUOLO CALCIO got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Marques. Pascual Caseda took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Constantino Kauldi. Constantino Kauldi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Andres Firmin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Constantino Kauldi. That made the score 4-0 in the 43 minute of play. Pascual Caseda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

After 56 minutes, Boncho Pergelov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Liniers FC and the SASSUOLO CALCIO players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Liniers FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Boncho Pergelov hit a great ball. If Rogelio Ferrer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Andres Firmin came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Liniers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andres Firmin couldn't finish the play. Pascual Caseda kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Rogelio Ferrer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Constantino Kauldi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anier Llorienzo's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arturo Gau in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Constantino Kauldi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Liniers FC's zone, Rogelio Ferrer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lukáč Vranka came out of the goal and Rogelio Ferrer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Constantino Kauldi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Llorienzo in the 86th minute of play. When Andres Firmin came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Liniers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andres Firmin couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd minute, Andres Firmin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Constantino Kauldi was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Liniers FC fully deserved thier win.
