He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. boca fc's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 15 minutes into the game, Fabio Barto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. boca fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club de la Serpiente the free kick. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timoteo Estebe couldn't finish the play. 20 minutes into the game, Alvaro Jordy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club de la Serpiente's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave boca fc the free kick. A collision led to Club de la Serpiente getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Alvaro Jordy hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Aquiles Xacintu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. boca fc's Eugenio Bidari got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the boca fc defense, Roy De Witte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Humberto Nerio. The boca fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Humberto Nerio should have stopped the shot. Roy De Witte might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Humberto Nerio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roy De Witte ran back to his position shaking his head. Humberto Nerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy De Witte, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Timoteo Estebe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Humberto Nerio having to make a save. 43 minutes into the match, boca fc's goal looked a bit too open when Roy De Witte came free, but Humberto Nerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The coaching staff of Club de la Serpiente protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Blas Pabla had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of Club de la Serpiente:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of boca fc:s goal. 69 minutes in the game Isaias Lesardo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Aquiles Xacintu. Tomas Elixio struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Guaberto Micael didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for boca fc. After 74 played minutes Club de la Serpiente got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Gutxi. 79 minutes into the match, Club de la Serpiente's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Silbestre came free, but Guaberto Micael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Club de la Serpiente players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
