Nicolas Madaleno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Jakes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the game, Barrio Ruta del Sol's Dionisio Santo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicolas Madaleno made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Nicolas Madaleno came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Barrio Ruta del Sol's Dionisio Santo. But to his dismay, Dionisio Santo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dionisio Santo got free with Nicolas Madaleno in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute, Ivan Cugat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th match minute, ⚡⚡Encrucijadas⚡⚡ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Rius to maneuver through the defense. Augusto Jakes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nicolas Madaleno came out and tried to block the shot, but Augusto Jakes slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 31st minute. In the 38th minute Dionisio Santo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Madaleno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolas Madaleno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dionisio Santo's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Jakes in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolas Madaleno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teodosio Jacindo charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodosio Jacindo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Teodosio Jacindo hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Lisandro Ponciano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nicolas Madaleno. ⚡⚡Encrucijadas⚡⚡'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Barrio Ruta del Sol's Mario Evangelista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Jacindo in the 46th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dionisio Santo to make the kick off. Isaac Jusepe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Mario Evangelista made a huge save. In the 66th minute, Isaac Jusepe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, ⚡⚡Encrucijadas⚡⚡'s goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Santo came free, but Nicolas Madaleno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tomás Blai fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ⚡⚡Encrucijadas⚡⚡'s protests and gave Tomás Blai a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th minute of the match Lisandro Ponciano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicolas Madaleno showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
