When Domingos Santiago fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paulina FC's protests and gave Domingos Santiago a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th match minute, Paulina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingos Santiago to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Matei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Hermon, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Tomas Matei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Luar in the 13th minute of the match. The supporters of Bosque Platense FC booed when Paulina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeronimo Marcones didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Paulina FC's Israel Saturnin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Feliberto Gilesindo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Bosque Platense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Marcones came free, but Feliberto Gilesindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 27 played minutes Bosque Platense FC got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Luar. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bosque Platense FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amancio Bertin was slow to take the kick. During this time Paulina FC's players had a chance to rest. When Paulina FC's Israel Saturnin in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, Paulina FC's Florencio Idacio got a free kick in the 44th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Israel Saturnin made a kick off. A collision led to Paulina FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Amancio Bertin hit a great ball. Bosque Platense FC's Clemente Luar got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Marcones in the 54th minute of play forced Bosque Platense FC's goalkeeper Feliberto Gilesindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Amancio Bertin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Gilesindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliberto Gilesindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Marcones in the 57th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Jeronimo Marcones put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Feliberto Gilesindo. In the 72nd minute Jeronimo Marcones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Gilesindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elpidio Argoitz kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Andres Hermon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Tomas Matei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Israel Saturnin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Feliberto Gilesindo was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Andres Hermon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Tomas Matei when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Elpidio Argoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victorino Unai kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Bosque Platense FC's Feliberto Gilesindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Argoitz in the 95th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Bosque Platense FC's zone, Jeronimo Marcones stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliberto Gilesindo came out of the goal and Jeronimo Marcones tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Paulina FC fully deserved thier win.
