An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Darien in the 17th minute of play forced Chill FC's goalkeeper Melchor Selmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute Roman Feliz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nunez Etxekopar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes in the game, Roman Feliz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Nunez Etxekopar having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 52 played minutes Chill FC got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Maldonado. When Paolo Darien came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Aibar FC España fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paolo Darien couldn't finish the play. Melchor Selmo made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Paolo Darien sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sergio Jon in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melchor Selmo saved Chill FC from getting behind. Nunez Etxekopar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Belarmo in the 59th minute of play. Melchor Selmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Jon, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When Chill FC's Pastor Nataniel in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Aibar FC España's Nunez Etxekopar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Nataniel in the 67th minute of play. Chill FC's Melchor Selmo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Chill FC from getting a goal against them. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 77th play minutes Paolo Darien shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Melchor Selmo and just under the crossbar into goal. Melchor Selmo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paolo Darien in the 81st minute. Nunez Etxekopar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Belarmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute.
