With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hernan Ilazki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute, Marcos Hotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hernan Ilazki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Noe in the 28th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donato Lluc during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Donato Lluc kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match Feliciano Calvet shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hernan Ilazki showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 33 minutes, Blas Noe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Hormiga Atómica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blas Noe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute, Marcos Hotz made a precise shot to the right of Hernan Ilazki. Monteros AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 37 played minutes Monteros AFC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Lluc. Blas Noe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anselmo Nevada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Luzea, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Hernan Ilazki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Hotz in the 47th minute of play.

Blas Noe scored 0-4 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hernan Ilazki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Blas Noe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hernan Ilazki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute of the match La Hormiga Atómica got a corner. Monteros AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Feliciano Calvet ran over to the corner to take the kick. Feliciano Calvet made a great header on La Hormiga Atómica's corner, it was just that Monteros AFC's Hernan Ilazki managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 78th minute, German Luzea made a precise shot to the right of Anselmo Nevada. La Hormiga Atómica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. With a little luck, Monteros AFC's Hernan Ilazki got control of the ball when Blas Noe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Blas Noes short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Hernan Ilazki to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Donato Lluc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. La Hormiga Atómica had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
