Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ceferino Gartzi kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, Rosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Diagur to maneuver through the defense. In the 3rd minute of the match Bernardino Miliano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorge Madeo skillfully saved the ball. Jorge Madeo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Abaurre in the 8th minute of the match. If Godfredo Abaurre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godfredo Abaurre in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Madeo saved Rosa from getting behind. Feliciano Mikolas hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Benedicto Silvanito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ceferino Gartzi's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Fernando Laffitte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Jorge Madeo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Godfredo Abaurre came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the C.A.Juventud de Malabrigo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godfredo Abaurre couldn't finish the play. Eriberto Mergildo kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Godfredo Abaurre struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Jorge Madeo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.Juventud de Malabrigo. When Esteve Naldo came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Rosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteve Naldo couldn't finish the play. Esteve Naldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Benedicto Silvanito made a huge save. Ceferino Gartzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Godfredo Abaurre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to C.A.Juventud de Malabrigo getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Eduardo Burni hit a great ball. Godfredo Abaurre took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorge Madeo. Jorge Madeo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After the first half C.A.Juventud de Malabrigo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Fernando Laffitte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rosa's Jorge Madeo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Rosa from getting a goal against them. Fernando Laffitte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Madeo having to interfere. Fernando Laffitte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 73 minutes, Lucas Basualdo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rosa and the C.A.Juventud de Malabrigo players grew even worse after the yellow card.
