In the 14th minute of the match, Armando Eutor got a very nice opportunity to score, but Wilfredo Leocadio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Wilfredo Leocadio made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Roberto Teofilio sent off a good shot on target. A.D. BOTAFOGO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Roberto Teofilio scored to the left of an out of position Wilfredo Leocadio, making the score, 1-1. If Armando Eutor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Camilo Inko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomil Malewicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Eutor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Wilfredo Leocadio made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Teofilio in the 32nd minute of play forced A.D. BOTAFOGO's goalkeeper Wilfredo Leocadio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Antonio Hunfredo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.D. BOTAFOGO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL REGRESO DEL DECADENTE the free kick. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Camilo Inko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, A.D. BOTAFOGO's Christian Tuste got a free kick in the 51st minute. The supporters of EL REGRESO DEL DECADENTE booed when A.D. BOTAFOGO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Abar didn't get a good kick on the ball. EL REGRESO DEL DECADENTE's Leonel Vangioni got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th match minute, A.D. After 80 minutes of play, EL REGRESO DEL DECADENTE's Clodoveo Florinio made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilfredo Leocadio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rogelio Salvidor hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the game, EL REGRESO DEL DECADENTE's Clodoveo Florinio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilfredo Leocadio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. Wilfredo Leocadio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basilio Lleir in the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Armando Eutor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EL REGRESO DEL DECADENTE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. Antonio Hunfredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Ludomil Malewicki made a huge save. EL REGRESO DEL DECADENTE walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
