Honorio Frederico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 许迅昂, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. If 许迅昂 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The attack was good, but when Delmiro Pitin in the 14th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 17th minute of the match, Alfredo Hug tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Adam Regecký saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Erasmo Kusko charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erasmo Kusko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Palmas's zone, Diamantino Travassos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorio Frederico came out of the goal and Diamantino Travassos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 23 played minutes Palmas got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Oier. 许迅昂 took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Honorio Frederico. Honorio Frederico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 33rd minute of the match Luisito Musko sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Honorio Frederico skillfully saved the ball. Honorio Frederico didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 许迅昂 went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Honorio Frederico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 许迅昂 in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Palmas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Diamantino Travassos was slow to take the kick. During this time Membrillar's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Membrillar's Diamantino Travassos to fire away a dangerous shot which Honorio Frederico despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Alfredo Hug made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Luisito Musko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 54th minute, Diamantino Travassos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Membrillar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. 62 minutes into the match, Membrillar's goal looked a bit too open when Delmiro Pitin came free, but Adam Regecký reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 64 minutes on the clock, Lucas Lia commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 64th minute, one of Membrillar:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Membrillar. Adam Regecký went to the wrong direction when Zacarias Pagomari was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Efrain Dabi hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, Membrillar's goal looked a bit too open when Delmiro Pitin came free, but Adam Regecký reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Membrillar's Adam Regecký played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Hug in the 71st minute of play. Patricio Omero struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Honorio Frederico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Membrillar. After 76 played minutes, Membrillar's Luisito Musko shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Honorio Frederico came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Membrillar reached it. 85 minutes into the match, 许迅昂 dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Honorio Frederico, 1-5. After having played for 90 minutes, 许迅昂 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Membrillar's supporters crossed their fingers, but 许迅昂 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Efrain Dabi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Honorio Frederico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Victor Izotz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Honorio Frederico. That made the score 1-6 in the 96 minute of play. The Membrillar players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
