The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Lauaxeta in the 4th minute of play forced Olympique Olavarría's goalkeeper Julian Conrao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Olympique Olavarría getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Ariel Thomas hit a great ball. Romulo Remir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Julian Conrao made a huge save. After 16 played minutes Olympique Olavarría got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Thomas. Marco Gerazan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nicasio Pacorro. Esperanza Maritima's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 26th minute Domingo Abadia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Conrao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romulo Remir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Julian Conrao made a huge save. The nice shot from Romulo Remir in the 33rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Julian Conrao had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Celedonio Manex managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olympique Olavarría's supporters rose to their feet, but Celedonio Manex was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicasio Pacorro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Domingo Abadia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julian Conrao. That made the score 1-0 in the 40 minute of play. In the 43rd minute Atilano Distiratsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Conrao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th play minute Romulo Remir came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Julian Conrao. 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celedonio Manex to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Olympique Olavarría's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Abadia came free, but Julian Conrao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romulo Remir in the 57th minute of play forced Olympique Olavarría's goalkeeper Julian Conrao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Esperanza Maritima's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Manex came free, but Nicasio Pacorro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Domingo Abadia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julian Conrao was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Julian Conrao came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Esperanza Maritima's Atilano Distiratsu. But to his dismay, Atilano Distiratsu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 68thth minute of the game Romulo Remir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olympique Olavarría's Julian Conrao was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ciriaco Astrada came free in the 73rd minute and tried to tip the ball over Nicasio Pacorro, but to the joy of Esperanza Maritima's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. When Esperanza Maritima's Romulo Remir in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olympique Olavarría's goalie prevented a goal. In the 75thth minute of the game Romulo Remir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olympique Olavarría's Julian Conrao was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Celedonio Manex sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esperanza Maritima's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
