The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. Cuervos de Cba.'s goalkeeper Servet Çetin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, C. A. Cuervos de Cba.'s goal looked a bit too open when Leon Munio came free, but Servet Çetin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eriberto Clis's late challenge caught a C.A.Belgrano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eriberto Clis helped the player get up and apologised. Leon Munio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Servet Çetin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silver Aare hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Eriberto Montrelle managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. A. Cuervos de Cba.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Eriberto Montrelle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arturo Tiadoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arturo Tiadoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Montrelle in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute Arnulfo Lorien suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. A collision led to C. A. Cuervos de Cba. getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Paulino Seguinus hit a great ball. 27 minutes in the game, Leon Munio fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Servet Çetin having to interfere. With a little luck, C. A. Cuervos de Cba.'s Servet Çetin got control of the ball when Hugo Romildo tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Leon Munio took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Servet Çetin to make any attempt to save it. Hugo Romildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Leon Munio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 40 minutes of play, C.A.Belgrano's Hugo Romildo made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Servet Çetin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hugo Romildos short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Servet Çetin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Leon Munio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Servet Çetin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulino Seguinus to make the kick off. Eriberto Montrelle charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eriberto Montrelle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th match minute, C. A. Cuervos de Cba. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Montrelle to maneuver through the defense. Servet Çetin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Romildo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, Ciriaco Nel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Servet Çetin. C. A. Cuervos de Cba.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciriaco Nel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Eriberto Montrelle might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arturo Tiadoro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eriberto Montrelle ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 71 minutes, Hugo Romildo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.Belgrano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Romildo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 78th minute Hugo Romildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Servet Çetin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Servet Çetin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Munio in the 80th minute of the match. After 84 minutes, Hugo Romildo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A.Belgrano and the C. A. Cuervos de Cba. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to C.A.Belgrano getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Hugo Romildo hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Ciriaco Nel sped through C. A. Cuervos de Cba.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Servet Çetin. Venancio Llanos's late challenge caught a C.A.Belgrano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Venancio Llanos helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, C. A. Cuervos de Cba.'s Venancio Llanos got a free kick in the 95th minute. C.A.Belgrano walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
