Spectators: 7356 (Terracing: 5518, Seating: 1691, VIP seats: 147) Infanson FC's Hernan Hodei started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th match minute, Infanson FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Marino to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, Infanson FC's goal looked a bit too open when Artemio Joey came free, but Clodoveo Sal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 15 minutes, Leon Marino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Infanson FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Marino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Gregorio Sustrai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Electro F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Gregorio Sustrai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clodoveo Sal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Artemio Joey took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Clodoveo Sal to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Infanson FC's zone, Artemio Joey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clodoveo Sal came out of the goal and Artemio Joey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the match, Infanson FC's goalkeeper Clodoveo Sal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Atilano Cordera. The supporters of Infanson FC booed when Electro F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Ruisko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute Hernan Hodei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Nesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Electro F.C's Atilano Cordera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clodoveo Sal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Infanson FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gregorio Sustrai fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 30 minutes into the match, Gregorio Sustrai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clodoveo Sal. Infanson FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gregorio Sustrai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Hodei in the 33rd minute of play forced Electro F.C's goalkeeper Geronimo Nesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geronimo Nesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Hodei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 3-0 became the score in the 40th minute when Atilano Cordera elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Leon Marino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 45 played minutes Electro F.C got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Ruisko. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Hernan Hodei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Infanson FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hernan Hodei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geronimo Nesto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gregorio Sustrai was the one to do the kick off. Hernan Hodei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Infanson FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Jose Gabirel hit a great ball. With a little luck, Electro F.C's Geronimo Nesto got control of the ball when Fausto Grabiel tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st minute, Leon Marino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Geronimo Nesto. The goal made the score 3-1. Atilano Cordera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lázaro Ruisko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Delmiro Txilar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Clodoveo Sal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Fabricio Malvin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Electro F.C's Geronimo Nesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Hodei in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Electro F.C's Bonifacio Gau seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bonifacio Gau the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Electro F.C protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bonifacio Gau had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Bonifacio Gau hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Electro F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Hodei came free, but Geronimo Nesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clodoveo Sal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Sustrai in the 92nd minute of play. When Jose Gabirel fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Infanson FC's protests and gave Jose Gabirel a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Electro F.C booed when Infanson FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Gabirel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 minutes, Leonardo Ulizes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Electro F.C and the Infanson FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Leonardo Ulizes kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the game, Fabricio Malvin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Infanson FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Electro F.C the free kick. After 95 played minutes Infanson FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Malvin. Electro F.C's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
