Melquiades Benet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ralf Forssell's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. If Ralf Forssell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chorrillos FC- OFF's goalkeeper Melquiades Benet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Chorrillos FC- OFF getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Gabriel Laurendi hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Julio Ruisko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 12 minutes, Ralf Forssell made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Chorrillos FC- OFF's Melquiades Benet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 19 played minutes Alberto Leizarraga rounded Yasup FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. Melquiades Benet came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Yasup FC's Ralf Forssell. But to his dismay, Ralf Forssell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Melquiades Benet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Duardo in the 32nd minute of play. When Ralf Forssell came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Yasup FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralf Forssell couldn't finish the play. When Amado Bastian fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chorrillos FC- OFF's protests and gave Amado Bastian a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Chorrillos FC- OFF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Yasup FC:s goal. Melquiades Benet went to the wrong direction when Osvaldo Etxahun was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ralf Forssell in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melquiades Benet saved Chorrillos FC- OFF from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Silverio Taurino made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Axel Redole fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 52 minutes, Gabriel Laurendi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chorrillos FC- OFF and the Yasup FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 52nd minute, Gabriel Laurendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melquiades Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Forssell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silverio Taurino hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. When Yasup FC's Ralf Forssell in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chorrillos FC- OFF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 60th match minute, Chorrillos FC- OFF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Gombal to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Yasup FC's Arnoldo Kiliz got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute, Ralf Forssell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ralf Forssell who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Melquiades Benet when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ralf Forssell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ralf Forssell got free with Melquiades Benet in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Melquiades Benet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Redole, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ralf Forssell in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melquiades Benet saved Chorrillos FC- OFF from getting behind. A nice corner shot did that Danilo Duardo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Melquiades Benet quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Yasup FC booed when Chorrillos FC- OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Leizarraga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yasup FC made a substitution. Emanuel Jurgi replaced Julio Ruisko. Alberto Leizarraga kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. A hard shot 85 in the game by Ralf Forssell from a close distance when the talented Melquiades Benet managed to make a qualified save. Chorrillos FC- OFF's players were relieved. Guaberto Romano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Benet having to interfere. After 91 played minutes Yasup FC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Jurgi. If Guaberto Romano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Chorrillos FC- OFF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Yasup FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
