When Hernan Naldo fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tiburones's protests and gave Hernan Naldo a yellow card for diving instead. Victorino Olayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Leizarraga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The referee felt a red card was in order, 56 minutes into the game, when Damian Gerazan put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chorrillos FC- OFF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! In the 96th minute of the match Jonatan Ostadar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victorino Olayo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the final whistle sounded Tiburones left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chorrillos FC- OFF.
