Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hilario Veremundo kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Hilario Veremundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Gumaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the game, Hilario Veremundo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Elpidio Gumaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bonifacio Cresenciano struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Elpidio Gumaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bagual. Bonifacio Cresenciano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bonifacio Cresenciano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Elpidio Gumaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 25 played minutes Chapaleofú FC got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Ovando. Romulo Muc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Higinio Vasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florentino Pero kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Bonifacio Cresenciano made a precise shot to the right of Elpidio Gumaro. Chapaleofú FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Chapaleofú FC's Joel Sabin got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute of the match Bonifacio Cresenciano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elpidio Gumaro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hilario Veremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Elpidio Gumaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bonifacio Osoro made in the 45th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Higinio Vasco however managed to control. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Abreu made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Hilario Veremundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Gumaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, Zeledon Lorien recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Elpidio Gumaro. Zeledon Lorien showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Elpidio Gumaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bonifacio Cresenciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elpidio Gumaro made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Bonifacio Cresenciano sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Bonifacio Osoro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chapaleofú FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bonifacio Osoro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romulo Muc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romulo Muc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After a rather tough play, Chapaleofú FC's Nicanor Artal got a free kick in the 79th minute. The supporters of Bagual booed when Chapaleofú FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Honesto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bonifacio Cresenciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Gumaro having to interfere. Bagual's attentive Ceferino Medina managed to snatch the ball when Miguel Bonadona made a throw-in in the 88th minute of the game. The supporters of Chapaleofú FC booed when Bagual was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilario Veremundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bagual eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
