But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emiliano Illan couldn't finish the play. Florentino Cristofol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alex Qvarnström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind MC5's goalkeeper Alex Qvarnström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 11 minutes MC5's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mauricio Niva who took care of the corner kick. Tini FC's Mauricio Niva was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alex Qvarnström in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tini FC's Gualterio Gabino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 김 명 in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, MC5's Victoriano Gilabert nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The supporters of Tini FC booed when MC5 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Afşar Ekşioğlu got free with Alex Qvarnström in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Florentino Cristofol struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Alex Qvarnström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tini FC. After 65 minutes of play, Tini FC's Florentino Cristofol made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alex Qvarnström was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Gilabert in the 69th minute of play forced Tini FC's goalkeeper Gualterio Gabino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MC5's Alex Qvarnström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save MC5 from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute, Guaberto Jatsu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tini FC's Gualterio Gabino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 김 명 in the 93rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. MC5 had won after a very even match.
